Pilates instructors have access to our 5 iconic Balanced Body Studio Reformers complete with newly refurbished boxes and jump boards for each, a Wunda chair, a Cadillac, a ladder barrel, 4 spine correctors, ample foam rollers, Pilates rings, weights, Pilates balls, blocks, bolsters and more.

Our beautiful space is also available for private yoga, body work, health coaching, sound baths, weekend workshops, and more! Please reach out to discuss possible collaborations.
