    A slower paced vinyasa flow suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.

  • Mat Pilates

    Elevate Mat Pilates is a mat class using Pilates foundations, rings, balls, fitness bands, and breath work. Appropriate for all levels.

  • AM Power Yoga

    Rooted in traditional yoga postures, this class Elevates your health by building strength, increasing flexibility and mobility, boosting cardiovascular endurance, improving balance, and releasing stress. This is a great class for experienced yogis, and those in good physical condition looking for a challenge!

    Power Flow builds on our traditional Vinyasa Flow classes, with the addition of optional free weights.

  • Align & Explore Flow

    Workshop-formatted dynamic vinyasa flow class including arm balances and challenging peak poses. This class is for experienced yogis looking for a challenge. Level 2/3.

    A workshop-formatted class dedicated to the basics of a yoga practice, incorporating breathing, alignment, and mastering modifications. Suitable for all levels.
